Details of our easiest scam

We believe the SBLC scam is easy to fall for. Why? Because you can’t easily judge the value of something issued from so many places, especially if it’s from a risky location.

Most people get caught by the “managed SBLC trade” scam. If they doubt us or the program, we offer them a chance to become brokers and then tell them to sell it to others.

Our goal is to get your money. Once we have it, we promise you returns but never deliver. As the payment date approaches, we make excuses for delays. We try to create arguments or disputes so we can claim you broke the contract and refuse to pay.

The scam starts before we have your money, but once we do, we tell you to avoid contacting me, Bruce Green, and only speak to our traders or facilitators:

Jordan Denise: the palm oil dealer who pretends to be the “SBLC” provider.
Jonathan Cannon: the “independent” trustee who has also been the “trader” for two years.
Bruce Green will tell you to wait for Jonathan Cannon’s contact because the contract forbids you from contacting anyone else, or you lose your money. In reality, it’s still me, Bruce Green, answering your emails all along. If you press Jonathan Cannon, he’ll claim Bruce Green is just a broker.

All the SPF instruments came from Eastern block oil companies years ago, and not much has changed since then.

This is a simplified explanation of the SBLC scam. Please remember:

  • Never invest in SBLCs.
  • Be wary of anyone promising quick returns, especially with complex financial instruments.
  • Do your own research and consult with a financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

For more than two years, we presented Dr. Hashmi with the contracts and assurances of delivery before he invested his funds in constructing a hospital and generating 60 job opportunities.

Scammers associated with Bruce Green, here are their passports and data files showing criminal records and their financial status.

Jordan Denise and Jonathan Cannon have played pivotal roles within Bruce Green’s team, collaborating with him for an extensive period, as outlined in the contracts he furnishes for signature. However, I harbor suspicions that these contracts are nothing more than superficial facades. Upon investigation, I unearthed the true identity of Jordan Denise—an elderly woman grappling with vulnerabilities, a history of drug dependence, and encounters with rehabilitation efforts and law enforcement. This information can be corroborated through meticulous research. Attached are credit files, passport numbers, and company incorporation details, underscoring their use of brokers’ KYC/CIS information for deceptive purposes.

Furthermore, some brokers listed alongside them may also be operating under false pretenses. If you’ve been perplexed by incomplete deals, Bruce might assert encountering similar issues with another broker. In reality, they execute transactions through a shell company under their control.

Our knowledge suggests that Bruce has executed numerous SBLC deals in South America, utilizing instruments from subsidiaries of Russian oil companies and prohibited territories, mirroring his prior actions.

Criminals like Bruce Green tend to follow a discernible pattern—shifting blame onto you if they default on payments and evading responsibility. They place faith in their contracts as shields, relying on specific terms. While these contracts could be deemed illegal in many countries, your conveyancing lawyer might overlook this aspect.

Letters to Google and Apple

If someone suggests an investment or service with the aim of causing you harm, they can be held responsible under the law. I reached out to Google and Apple, asking them to stop Bruce Green and Secure Platform Funding from advertising on their platforms. Bruce, who criticizes those he hasn’t paid, calls them scammers or fraudsters on his website. There’s evidence suggesting he supports sites where people complain about Secure Platform Funding, and payments go to places like Latvia.

Apple responded, but not the way we wanted. Google didn’t respond to four letters sent to their board members. In a previous court case, a woman won damages because she relied on internet listings, including Google, for an investment that led to a loss. The court held Google partly responsible for providing misleading information.

In the UK, there’s a legal concept called the Tort of deceit, where recommending a service without proper investigation and with the intent to cause harm is considered a criminal offense. The attached letters explain our communication with Google and Apple. Letters to the authorities who issued certificates for Jonathan Cannon in Vermont got an out-of-office reply from Ms. Prosser.

After checking Jonathan Cannon’s contact database, we found no registrations for conducting financial services anywhere. The same goes for Jordan Denise in Singapore and Bruce Green in the Marshall Islands. You can download this information from the provided website.

Secure Platform Funding keeps its servers in Switzerland, not just for taxes. Switzerland’s tax agreements with most countries help Bruce Green recover criminal proceeds. Check the laws; we’ve known about this for over 30 years.

In this industry, transactions usually involve a bank that relies on brokers to bring in work. Brokers’ upfront fees are typically shared between the bank and the brokers. Some brokers, despite having access to bankers, have a track record of not completing deals.

For example, if you provide Bruce Green with $500,000, as we did, it’s likely shared between him and the bankers arranging the SBLCs. These instruments are issued for the cost of a SWIFT message, usually less than £30, and they wait for settlement from another bank willing to take the instrument. Australia is often a target for this type of asset, with minimal additional costs beyond broker fees and paymaster, usually a few percent.
